The Falcon Sports Boosters are holding a raffle for a homemade Falcon quilt - reference the attached picture. Our very own Sharon Demiter was the seamstress who blended many Falcon shirts into a wonderful quilt. It's a great graduation gift or something to save as part of your Hanford High memories. Tickets are $2 each and can be purchased at the Hanford High Counseling office or during all Falcon home basketball games.

The Sports Boosters will hold a Silent Auctions during the Hanford Falcons-Kamiakin Braves game on February 5th. The auction will raise funds for capital projects and the Bill Knirck Memorial scholarship fund that awards up to six $500 scholarships annually to graduating Falcon student-athletes. Thank you in advance to all the parent coordinators, all the Boosters who help out, and particularly, Betty Adams who spearheads the effort. The silent auction will have theme baskets donated by each athletic program organized by a parent coordinator from each team. Announcements will be made to remind fans during the game to come bid on an item. Bids will be closed and posted with five minutes remaining during the boys' game. Come support a great cause and see the Falcons on the hardwood.

Our next Booster meeting will be held on Febuary 3rd at 7 p.m. in the Hanford High School faculty lounge. The meetings are held normally on the first Wednesday of each month.

On the Booster capital project front, we have several currently in process -- the softball complex batting cages/storage building and the football practice field storage building.
