Bill Knirck Memorial Scholarship Applications Available
The Bill Knirck Memorial scholarship applications are available on the Booster web site. The scholarship is to encourage and recognize high academic achievement, participation in sports, participation in school and community activities, and to assist with the costs of higher education. To be eligible, you must be a Hanford High School senior class student who is planning to attend a two-year or four-year college, and who have participated in at least one school sport. Applicants must submit a completed application form, a 500-word essay on the assigned topic, and include a copy of their high school transcripts. All applications for this annual scholarship must be received prior to the deadline for submitting the application and essay. The deadline is April 26, 2010.

Booster News and Events
Our next Booster meeting will be held on April 7th at 7 p.m. in the Hanford High School faculty lounge. The meetings are held normally on the first Wednesday of each month.
Other News
On the Booster capital project front, we have several currently in process -- the softball complex batting cages/storage building and the football practice field storage building. If you are interested in helping or donating towards any of these efforts please feel free to contact a Booster representative.

- Platinum Division - Super Seniors (2010 Graduates) & College Age
- Gold Division - HS Varsity or Equivalent
- Silver Division - HS Junior Varsity or Combo Teams or Equivalent
- Bronze Division - HS Freshmen Only or Equivalent
Middle School (Fall of 2010)
- 8th Graders (Gold & Silver Divisions)
- 7th Graders (Gold & Silver Divisions)
- 6th Graders (Gold & Silver Divisions)
Hotel Accomidations
The Clarion has 6 pool-side double queens available for $83.99 and 33 single kings available for $73.99. Both include continental breakfast. I am having her hold the 6 queens, and only 6 kings...until someone tells me to ask for more. They will hold them until Monday, June 14. We reserved them for both June 18 & 19.
